Alp Türk Özkan graduated from Sami Yangın Anatolian High School in Kayseri in 2017 and successfully completed his law degree at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2021. During his undergraduate studies he focused particularly on intellectual and industrial property law and competition law. He completed his legal internship at Furkan Law & Consultancy Office in Istanbul, gaining experience in areas including press law, intellectual property, tax law and labour law. He was admitted to the bar in November 2022 and continues his practice as an independent lawyer. He is currently pursuing graduate studies at Erciyes University Institute of Social Sciences and is working on a thesis entitled "Acquisition of Distinctiveness Through Use of a Trademark". He concentrates his practice on intellectual and industrial property law, contract law and inheritance law. He holds English at B2 level and German at A2 level. Since July 2025 he has also served as provincial representative in Kayseri for the Milliyetçi Kongre Association within the scope of civil society activities.
